When you request a booking or contact us, we collect the details you choose to share: your name, email address, phone number, service address, county, the services and add-ons you select, your preferred date and time, how often you’d like service, pets in the home, parking and entry notes, and any other notes you send. When you pay, we record the amount and payment method. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.

Like most websites, ours also collects basic technical information (such as browser type and pages visited) through cookies and site statistics provided by our website host.

How We Use It

• To prepare your estimate, schedule your appointment and get into your home as you’ve instructed
• To send booking confirmations, reminders, updates, and follow-ups about your service

We use automated tools, including AI assistants, to organize booking requests and prepare emails. A person from our team reviews every email before it is sent to you.

How We Share It

We never sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, our business email, calendar and spreadsheet providers, and our payment processor, and only as needed to provide your service. We may also disclose information if required by law.

How Long We Keep It

We keep your contact and service history while you’re a customer and as long as needed for our business records. Entry details such as door or lockbox codes are used only for your appointments, and we’ll delete them on request at any time.

Your Choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop sending you non-essential emails, by writing to service@flamingocleaner.com. We’ll respond promptly. Some records may need to be kept where the law requires it.

Security

We use reputable, password-protected business tools and limit access to the information needed to serve you. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children

Our services and website are intended for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
